Introduction

These Messaging Terms of Service ("Messaging Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in the World Wise Consulting SMS notification program for employees. By enrolling in our SMS notification program, you agree to these Messaging Terms.

SMS Notification Program

World Wise Consulting offers an SMS notification program to inform employees about client inquiries, website contact form submissions, and lead assignments. This program is designed to facilitate timely responses to potential clients.

Enrollment and Consent

Voluntary Participation: Enrollment in the SMS notification program is voluntary for all employees.

Express Consent: By checking the consent box in our employee portal and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from World Wise Consulting about client inquiries and website form submissions.

Scope of Consent: Your consent authorizes World Wise Consulting to send you approximately 5-10 SMS messages per week to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency may vary based on client inquiry volume.

Message Content and Frequency

Content: Messages will include notifications about:

  • New website contact form submissions
  • Client consultation requests
  • Lead assignments
  • Urgent client inquiries requiring prompt attention

Frequency: You will receive approximately 5-10 messages per week, depending on client inquiry volume.

Timing: Messages may be sent during business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, with urgent inquiries potentially sent outside these hours.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages received through this program. World Wise Consulting does not charge for these messages, but standard message rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please contact your mobile service provider for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the SMS notification program at any time by:

  • Replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END to any notification message
  • Updating your preferences in the employee portal
  • Contacting HR to update your communication preferences

After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS notifications.

Program Changes and Termination

World Wise Consulting reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS notification program at any time. We will notify enrolled employees of any significant changes to the program.
